If you change the article layout for the frontpage does that affect it?

no.

I tryed all settings for frontpage and article list is alway with the same "error"

I have same problem! 

In category settings:
Layout: "A" + Normal Layout
and in Frontpage settings is same! But shown wrong layout:

What about the category layout? The articles you have put in have to be in a category. The category has a layout for it as well.
