Greatly reduce the PHP usage?
I could swear my DB before the upgrade was a lot bigger than it is now.

IchBin

I'm not quite sure what you're asking? What does PHP usage have to do with the database size?

sheik28

I meant MySQL. I obviously don't know what I am asking either.
I could swear my DB was a lot bigger than it is now.

haha no problem. :) But FYI TP shouldn't have anything to do with the size of your DB. Perhaps you cleared the "unimportant logs" in your admin panel or something. Those error logs and stuff can take up a ton of room.

sheik28

That could be it.
I don't think I checked after the last time I optimized. I could swear my DB was nearing 50MB and now I am under 4. I am probably wrong though.

raid

do you have a Debian/Ubuntu OS on your host?

if Yes, read here
SMF 2.0 + TP RC2

@raid: This code 'adjustment' was supposedly added in SMF 1.1.5 and ported over to 2.0 as well...
