[bugtracker] trying to change the file associated to a DLitem

I am trying to change the file associated to a DLitem, there the option on ItemAdmin, to upload a new file replacing the old one, but it is no working, the old one after the upload is still there, and if you go to download you catch the old one.

I saw the the file that I uploaded using the "not working" function named my file on the server as:
"randomNumbers"filename.ext

No errors on Error log
