1. This is not how TP looks normally. It must be either your language causing the problem, or something went bad on the install. Try default language as English and see if the problem still exists. If so, you'll probably need to run through the manual install to make sure everything is done, and done right.

2. Perhaps you could explain the problem? I don't get what you're problem is just by looking at a picture.

Is it possible to remove the avatar? Yes, you'll have to find the place in the code in the TP files.

Removal of the Avatar is a setting on a per article basis. Edit > Visual Options > Others > [ ] Display the authors avatar.

about the avatar, I would like to remove the avatar only on forum-post on Homepage, is possible to do it from CP?
