members numbers are diff

on my front page it reads correct at 130 members but when i click on the members list on the menu bar it reads 129. i had this prob before but long ago and can't remember where to fix the page so that they all fit on it. can anyone help plz. thanx halfpint x

is there a pagination at the bottom? perhaps not activated user?

Admin --> (configuration section) --> Features and Options --> Layout and Options-->
Members per page in member list : [ enter # ]
