Azure theme help...

I went to the themeshop and found this theme I wanted to buy, but the link to the demo seems to be broken.  It just keeps taking me back to TP's forum.  Theme I wanted to buy was this one:

Also, this theme is compatible with TP 0.98 and SMF 1.1.3 right?  Pretty much what I'm wondering is.. will I be able to put all the stuff from my current front page.  To a new front page with this theme... my front page is:

The link should work now. All of Blocs themes are compatible with SMF 1.1.3
