Quote[Edit] Have you tried removing the block completely and creating a new menu block? What happens to your other blocks?
They don't all collapse, do they?

I managed to fix the issue for now by following your simple suggestion: I created second menubox and then removed old one. I have disabled shrinking for all boxes but they all seem to work.
Thank you all who tried helping me out. The issue remains a mystery though. Individual user getting the javascript for block corrupt. Shrinking works with javascript right? Or not?

I'm pleased you found a fix that works. I think sometimes it's best to create a new block. It's been suggested here before not to change the block type once created, but rather create a new block fresh. I've never had a problem.

Java Script works fine with blocks and the shrinking. Theres a block type called Script Block, thats for Javascript and other script types.

I have become comfortably numb!
