how do i hide a specific block when inside forums?

In the current version the only way to do that is to have a front page block. That will not display anywhere but the front page.

i found a board that collapses the rightbar everywere except on home... thatz what i need

if you are not sure how to do this... go to... TinyPortal>Settings> Hide right panel when in forum?   O Yes  O No check yes, there are other settings in the download and article setting to do this also

Now the only thing i need is a mod for the black rain theme that allows me to show random header (logo) images...

You can add a random banner/logo easy with javasccript or php and .cgi
