well i dont code them from scratch really

most of the snippets ive contributed are either frankenstined together from 2 or 3 scripts someone made lol or just simply with slight modifications

so the real credit goes to their authors which i always mention in the credits or references :up:

I did it like it was stated but when the pop up comes up I get the 404 page not found.

(Fixed) sorry I uploaded it as a .htm file and not .html   that fixed it.

Ok they changed it up a bit and the change the station button didn't work (where you changed to other stations) it was a dead link.

I changed the webtv.html to go to the new page to redo the channels but now the ads are back in the pop up to a point.

the changed webtv.html
<html>

<head>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
<title>Web TV</title>
</head>

<body bgcolor="#00000f">

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.labpixies.com/lib/lp_gadget_syndication.php?_gadgetid=25&_frame_color=light_grey"> </script> marginwidth=0 marginheight=0 width=300 height=230 border=0 frameborder=0 style="border:none;" scrolling=no>
      </iframe>
<p align="center"><font face="Verdana" size="1" color=white>Click on one of the buttons on
the TV

to tune into the different channels

You can also select your own channels

by clicking on the settings button

The channels you select are only visible to you

So feel free to customize and enjoy.</font></p>

</body>

</html>

Popup TV
Step1:
Download this file and upload to forum root
Right click and save as (html file)

Step2:
Copy this image and upload to forum root (dont worry its resized in the code so will appear smaller in the side block)

copy this code and put in a side SCRIPT block:

<center>
<b>Watch the latest news on our live webTv, click to launch and enjoy!<br>
<a href="webtv.html" onclick="window.open('webtv.html','Radio','height=350,width=320'); return false;">
<img src="webtv111.png" border=0 width=130 height=130><br>Launch WebTV</a></center>

The demo is on my page still but ive replaced the whole thing in the screenshot with the popup one now :)

just wondering

does this eat your bandwidth?

G6Cad

All outside streaming will draw BW from your server yes, so if you are worried about using up BW and you have a lot of members online on your site, this will not be a good script for you  :-\

contra

didnt think so

thanks...
