I think the wording of the rule probably could have been done better

The other issue I believe has to do with submittal time.

15th - TP was down.
16th - TP was UP

FOR ME
15th - TP was DOWN.
16th - TP was still down.
16th NIGHT - I went to sleep. Maybe TP was brought up.
NEARLY AFTER 10 HOURS OF THIS TOPIC, I WOKE UP AND WAS UPSET.


From Next Time - It shall be like the Contestants must be given a warning if they had not submitted the theme.

IN the SCHEDULE   it should be like
14th - Submission of the theme.
15th - VOTING

I agree.  There have been some unfortunate circumstances, not the least of which TinyPortal was down.  All of the circumstances should be taken into consideration for the next time.  Perhaps a server issue should force a reschedule of due dates extending at least 24 hours from the time the server is accessable again.

Of course any change to that schedule should likewise change events further down the timeline of the schedule in a like manner.

Darkman, I really wish you use your talent to create something from the scratch sometimes - its not that hard and you already have much inspiration in the themes you already have done/converted. Everyone starts with copying stuff - to learn and get better. But you made many themes, most have been copies - imho its time to start with your own stuff. Or else you will be forever having comments like this - either from me or others, because basically you show OTHER peoples work off as your own - and the credit isn't always the first thing you mention. This is for me personally a much bigger deal than the theme's quality. The online world is a goldmind of stuff and its so easy to just borrow here and there. In the RL you been slapped with a law-suit the minute you published it. 

About the time-thing, well, everyone was jumbled because of the downtime, including myself. As you have read its no biggie, I also said I will announce the topic again when you came with your theme entry...if its ok with Pork? ..then I will do that now.

Stormlrd, I really want to see your finished theme, so for me its ok if you continue.

Ok. You clearly didn't take in any of what i wrote, and I don't really care if you said it first or not, its not the first time we have spoke about credits and other peoples themes. I am getting tired of this, so actions will be made.

About "Destine" posting here...That email adress points to a yahoo account - I assume a Destine designs person would at least use the site adress? Right now it can be just about anybody.

aww I didn't see this compertition... (Right as I was doing a Counter Strike theme for something else ). Ah well, had a look at all and voted on what I liked the most.
One day when I'm less busy I'll hopefully have a go at one
