Crip, if you go into your domain management for your domain you should find a setting to change the name servers. If they are not set to what Skal has pointed out you could change them.

Crip: nope, what ichbin talks about, in 1and1's control panel. You have your domains transferred to there, right? or some reseller? If reseller, goto that reseller's panel if they have or make a support ticket.
