How do you make/ add these external block modules for tp?

I know how to add packages to SMF.

I installed this from this post and it works beautifully w/ SMF 1.1.2 and TP 0.9.7.  Very useful for building a community!

I'm going to be testing it with 0.9.8 tonight, as I've been thinking about upgrading from 0.9.7 on my forums.  My site is still in the testing phases as I finish setting up a new theme, but as soon as it's finished up, I'll post up a link so you can see it in action!
