If you are going to shout out like that when every one in here is trying to help you fix it, my best guess is that they will most likley turn their back on this thread.
A polite way is always the best way to get help. The ones that have helped you so far have turned out side in on this matter, and they know what they are doing to.
So please, keep the frustration down a bit and be polite ;)

Does it sound like shouting to you?

I didn't shout in anyway, I only made the text bold. Besides, nobody really helped me so far. I have wasted my time which I could have spent on developing Joomla instead.

Anyway, I give up. If anybody has more ideas, that's great but for now, I will just live with this.

Thanks for everybody's support.

To sad that you think we didnt give the help we could, i think we gave you a lot of time to try figuer out why you got that theme problem. So feel free to jump to Joomla if you feel like we didnt give you help from our free time spent here.  :coolsmiley:

No, I won't jump to Joomla, I have developed it for a month now and I will only publish it once it is finished. However, I have wasted too much time on this, which seemingly never seems to get solved.

YJ, when developing a site and combining software, TP, Joomla, Mambo, Mk Portal or what ever you like there are pros and cons and some rules that must be followed with any of them.

TP is beta software and everybody involved tries his best to help eliminating the problems as well as supporting, if that can be done. Problems not solved are referred to a higher or more specialized level. It has reached a very good stability state and I am sure that you have seen some good sites with it before giving a try.

TP is an excellent tool and if used correctly within it's limitations will produce good sites. However it doesn' t automatically design sites, that needs some effort.

Yes I know. That's why I am using it temporarily until Joomla is finished.

YJ, you said yourself that the problem only occurs on the front page. The image is one cause of the width problem. The Google ad up top (invisible in FireFox, but present in the code and MSIE) is the other major cause of the width problem.

The Google ad size can only be fixed by resizing.
The front page image could be fixed in numerous ways, such as adding overflow: auto; as a style to that block, making it smaller or converting it into html text and images.

Send me your theme...

Attach it.

It is a theme sissue, and I will fix it.

Don't shout please.

Having the Firefox dev extension installed I told it to hide all images. This fixed ALL of the horizontal scrolling that I had. What we do here is of our own free will, and this software is Free YJ. Please keep that in mind.

And for your reference, when YOU TYPE IN ALL CAPS IT IS CONSIDERED SHOUTING ON THE INTERNET! :)
