Actually it´s a swedish guy who have made this simple script im using.
You can find the download here http://www.golfarn.se/download.php?type=script&id=1&url=gastbok.zip

The script though should be easy for other than swedish people to use :)

it´s a bit to simple!
no security!
easy to spam!
with an easy injection you get the owners database informations!

but like i use to say:
No Risk No Fun

i agree with cool..

viper has powerfull adminpanel, spam protect, ability to add new fields, site ratings, etc..

and cpanel has auto install script. so it is very easy to setup.

Could you just have a board where guests can post?

Yeah, you always could. That's partly why I was wondering, a forum board could be turned into a guestbook easily, I guess.

But, having an actual guestbook would look more, I don't know, professional or robust or something. As a module, for TP, it could only add to the functionality and greatness of TP, I suppose.

It still seems that many, including myself, would prefer to have both, as opposed to just converting a board in a forum into something with similar functionality. It would still be the forum and not a guestbook, though.

Now I like the look and feel of this one. May have to give it a try when I start working on the sites again. Thanks for sharing!
