I can give you FTP data, to look where the problem is. But i think taht is the PHP Version or other Version
Test on: PHP 4.4.1 and PHP 4.3.10-16

Its your counterstrike one causing it I think. I put some of your servers in my script to see if they work and they do. But the CS server status gives an error.
