Recent Topics vs Recent Posts

Hi. Me again. I'm using the recent topics block on my forum. It not only shows the recent topics, but also all new posts as well. So if someone posts on a topic that is months old, it shows up in the recent topics list. That's not really a problem, but is there a way to set up a block that ONLY shows recent topics and not recent posts?

Like I said, not a big deal. I kind of worked around it by using an rss feed that only picks up new topics.
