Yet Another Shoutbox Layout Question

Excellent.

Noticed an error/bug of sorts though.  As admin, I see this;


As a normal member, they see this;


There is a large gap, and the 20 posts it was set too.  But on admin, it showed 8ish.

Any thoughts?

And even when I post, it leaves the gap there in the middle.  I just set it to show 6 posts, it shows three up top, large gap, then three at the bottom.

As admin, if I set it to view 20 shouts, I can see four or five right away, then have to scroll down within the shoutbox window to see the remaining 14-15 shouts.

But as a normal member, it tries to show me all 20 posts at once, no window to scroll in.  AND it ads that gap.

Okay, so I have tested it in IE9, Firefox4, and Google Chrome.

I have come to the conclusion that ONLY the admin get a specific sized box where they are able to scroll through the amount of shouts defined in the settings.

Everyone else who is non-admin, sees all the shouts defined in the settings, not in the  smaller where they have the scroll option.

EDIT: Here is where I stand.  Sizes and everything are great.  now to just get the test beside not under
