SMF 1.1.11 - TP 1.0 b5.1 (and 1.0 b4) error after install

I'm pretty new to skinning SMF so can you explain how I do that... Is that a line in the index.php file of SMF or do I add "action=forum;noblocks" somewhere in index.php?

No, what he meant by that was to go to a url something like this ...
http://yoursite.com/smf/index.php?action=forum;noblocks
or
http://yoursite.com/smf/index.php?noblocks

The first one will get you into your Forum without showing any blocks and the second one will get you to your FrontPage without any blocks.  You will need to change YourSite.com/smf in either one of them to your own Forum site address and you must be logged in as an Admin in order for this to work.  This is useful if you can't get into your Forum because of a block containing bad code.
