Problems with Shoutbox

I installed TP and when i try to manage the shoutbox...

Now i saw the files in the server, and there aren't all files.

for example
I don't have this folder
Themes/default/images/tinyportal

and more files and folders O_O

In de Zip file, there are all files, but when i install TP on the server, don't appear all. I install uploading the package in the "download Packages" panel of SMF

If I were you I would upload all the files that TP does for your version of SMF. Sounds like your server has some configuration or something that doesn't allow the mods in SMF to properly install.

and now im getting ftp errors, been a long day maybe im not looking at something right, i'll take a look again in a bit

I have error in the transfers in my FTP client when i try upload the files

Welcome to Tinyportal.

If you can't even upload files to your site via FTP, this sounds like a permissions issue with your host.  I would suggest that you speak with your host and ask them why you can't upload files to your site.  Unfortunately, I'm afraid that this is something that we can not help you with.

solved:
Goto the root of your forum, delete the folder tp-files than upload a fresh folder and contents. This worked for me.
