Ken's New Toy!

[Crip]

Very true B0ss , especially with mac osx Leapord -- if you want , you can install Widers Vista and use both --

..basically Mac's are universal ..

[IchBin]

If it was universal enough that I could load the OS on my own computer, I'd be using it every where.

[Crip]

it's called a port or bridge or something like that ?
..I just read lots of Mac rumors ..

[G6Cad]

[Ken.]

Just added some new booty to the kit because some of my birthday gifts were gift cards!

So I put them together and went to Best Buy and picked up a web cam for my desk top PC.
This thing works great!

Here's some specs:
    * Still image capture up to 2.0 megapixels (up to 8.0 megapixels with included software interpolation); video captures up to 1600 x 1200 resolution, up to 30 fps
    * CMOS sensor with RightLight 2 technology provides sharp images even in dim light
    * Ideal for video calls and videoconferencing

    * Carl Zeiss optics with autofocus function ensures sharp, precise image captures and video even when close up
    * Built-in microphone with RightSound technology reduces ambient noise for crystal-clear communication
    * Logitech Video Effects software with image filters, face imaging accessories and avatars lets you personalize your appearance to add style to your video mails and chats

Nice one ken   Always wanted to have a webcam myself, but with a totally budgetlife in all aspects it's way down the list and tend to stay down there to

[IchBin]

Your probably a skype'n fool now with that cam? A friend of mine put one in his cubicle at work. He found a program that senses motion in the camera, and then it records for a specified time. He's found people walking into his cube randomly, but nothing taken yet. lol
