Strange thing .... it looks fine for me using Firefox.

But the complaints are coming from IE users.

I looked at the source code for your page and the only thing I noticed that might be an issue is

Notice that the closing center tag is split between two lines. It could be that IE is having a hard time parsing that. I'm not sure where the code would be. Probably your index.template.php file. Open that file in a text editor and see if you can find

It should be up towards the top of the file. Take out the linefeed and see if that works for you.
