No TP In Admin Section

I installed TP and everything else is all good except the admin section, there is no Tiny Portal option. So can someone tell me what files i need to edit and what i need to edit into them?

no that didn't work, its already english and i dont need any languages other then english

You can't go there atm, the webmaster guy choose today to approve my website (to check to see if its not just some spam site or something) but heres a screenshot of my packages
