TinyPortal v0.8.6 updated files

After the inital release of Tinyportal 0.8.6 bugs have emerged. This manual update is meant to fix some of those, hopefully all. If you have TP0.8.6 installed already, just ftp these up and overwrite any current files. If you do not have TP0.8.6 installed, please use the updated package in the normal 0.8.6 topic instead.

These things have been adressed:
- menu manager bugs.
- strangeness in upshrink images when using IE.
- dl manager extension now allows things like tar.gz.
- shoutbox more clear on who is the poster.
- submitarticle function should work on both sub=submitarticle and sa=submitarticle.
- page title for frontpage fixed.
- views on downloads in DL manager now updates.
- a scrollbar show for big online lists.

Download this archive and upload through ftp, overwriting any previous files:

Note: if you have changed anything in these files prior to this update, then they will be overwritten. So make a backup before you start in that case.

No errors so far.
