SMF 1.1.6 Released

SMF have released 1.1.6 For Info of all forum admins. Just a heads up.

I was able to install SMF 1.1.6 over my existing 1.1.5 with TinyPortal 0.983.

The package install manager did not report any errors on the files to be modified. No problems, as of yet.

Yes I was pleasantly surprised.  Not one error and I have some decent mods on my forum, including TinyPortal.

I also updated my forum to 1.1.6 with no errors.  ^_^

I got told the package was corrupt and/or incompatible so it looks like I'm up for a manual upgrade.
Anyone know exactly which files contain the changes?

Change the package-info.xml strings to your version...

No that wasn't the problem. I found something about it at SMF and turns out the compression was a bit funny. I decompressed it and re-compressed as a zip and it ran the pre-installation check ok. I still need to do a manual edit to Security.php though as that one failed the test.

Actually just to be sure I'm going to manually check all the files. Easier that way in the long run.

I installed sweet!!
Then looked in my packages section, and saw that a few were now incapable of being uninstalled! lol
No uninstall action available! lol
No matter, as I hadnt planned of uninstalling them anyway, but I hope that is the ONLY effect my forum has experienced.

...usually it does but not this one
