NOW Run TP install through package manager..

I tried doing this, and get the following error:

You cannot download or install new packages because the Packages directory or one of the files in it are not writable!

Yet I double-checked and they are all indeed set to writeable (777).

Any ideas?

Then again, you may not be able to uninstall. I noticed it was your index file. Did you make any modifactions to it?

Abort, uninstall TP, delete. Then install v86.
