yeah its not giving all tabs to non admin users in the personal  messages

ich its not that that audiable had been removed has been removed
there are tabs missing from the personal message area
there is only the remove tab there is no reply or quote tab

Does the same happens in Default theme?
Do they come back when TP is not there?

forum is running on default for 400 users
the only members that get all the tabs are admin
normalmember, mods and globalmods all have tabs ,missing from there personal message posting screen
