TP 1.05 install error

This happened right after I installed it, after I got the TP welcome screen saying all is good and proceeded to hit the HOME button to get to the forum.

The only mods I had installed were the Arcade and the Gallery.  I had just put the site up about two months ago and hadn't done much with it.

The weird thing is that the same thing happened on my fresh install test site, with no Mods installed.

Could it be that the edits are not being made properly?  I will go through and check all of the changes.  Maybe there is a double entry or something...

SimpleShout won't scroll either..just found out.

Well, I checked all of the files and everything was updated as intended.

Anyone have any ideas?

The scrolling is a bug, probably from the moving of shoutbox, I am looking into that.

But the error in first post, the cgi one, it may be that something is halted and therefore you don't get complete HTTP headers sent.

When it happended..was the scrolling setting of shoutbox turned on? or was this total new install, no TP tables present?

Installation #1 - www.combatgameleague.com

An upgrade to an existing TP installation. 0.9.8
Shoutbox scrolling was OFF.
Uninstall had two warnings on subs and the default index.template - removed TP instances manually
Installation of 1.0.5 was successful, tables updated and welcome screen.
On refresh, CGI error.
Azure theme was installed at the time (newest TP version)
Packages installed - Gallery Lite and Arcade.

Installation #2 -  www.combatgameleague.com/baseforum

This was a new SMF install, setup as a test after install #1 had error.
Default theme
No changes in settings whatsoever.
No mods installed.
Installed 1.0.5 with no problems, tables were updated and welcome screen
On refresh, CGI error.

Just did a complete re-installation of #2 with the same results.

I think this could be a server issue since no one else has posted the same problem.  Probably because it's a Windows server...  I have read that there are some issues with php and IIS.

It's just dissapointing it would happen now after the 1.0.5 upgrade when everything was kosher before.

Yes, it must be. Might also be the db queries need some changes. But I will soon start on SMF 2 conversion, which means every single db call will need to change. That might also affect windows server issues.
