I have deleted my account due to a lack of a response from you.
I have a few computer problems of my own to deal with.

connection with the internet dropped suddenly for 2 hours, so i couldn't respond.
I'll try and install smf and tp fresh again

This time, do the install of TP manually.
1. upload all the files manually through FTP
2. Make the copy and paste of the code manually according to the modinsruction in the docs
3. Point your browser to the manual_tp_install-php file for the DB install
4. Make SURE you do everything to the DEFAULT SMF Core theme.
