TPortal.template.php is in the Themes\default

Found it via ftp,but it wasn't showing up in the Control Panel.

Tportal.template.php should be in the "default" folder (which is inside the Themes folder). There should be several different TP-related files there.

They are in for sure,but I couldn't see them in C-panel for some reason.

Took care of the date and time thing already,thanks for the help guys!
