Also..make the blocks align with the end part of header "triangle shape"..that will look better I think.

Great point, I was afraid of squeasing the forums too tight but then again forgot about show/hide of blocks.
Aztecs cool, my initial desire was to make "wood & steel" but then I gave into a "plastic" feel and look..not sure what it going to turn up to be but it is coming along and green and blue are winning the color battle.

working on it...ran into snag with space in header, may have to expand it to accomodate a bigger logo....will post back
