I don't have the blocks in the admin tiny portal section.

If you don't have the controls for TinyPortal showing in your admin panel then your TP is not installed correctly and that's the first issue to resolve... don't worry about buttons for now.

Go to the Docs boards and read and follow the manual install how-to carefully so that all of your TP files and edits are in place.
Once thats done you may find the other issues are corrected, but if not then you can post the next question or issue.

thanks guys i have it fixed, it was the english thing that wasn't right.

Now where do i go about themes?

Which thread do i go to post in there, i am thinking about trying to do my own theme, so is there some where to help you through that, so that i can do it myself, i know html, i just not sure what is needed with this smf and tinyportal.
