Article category icon

Hi, I want to move the article category icon  to the article title..

So i have on the frontpage articles....The title of the article is aligned to the left and I want the category icon aligned to the right of the title....

Ok, lets start this once again lol, to be able to show the correct code to change in TPortal.template, we need to know the TP version since it was changed heavily. Is it TP 0.9 or TP 1.0x?
