  • Complex HTML capabilities would be required - this means an SMF board is out of the question. Now if it were UBB, vB or IPB.....
  • You pissed him off? Isn't it his board?
  • If this board op pissed you off, leave it be. It is his board. If he pisses everyone off, he'll be left with nobody anyway. If I came to your board and you pissed me off, who cares - its your board!
  • Regardless of what they say on the SMF board, PMs are all readable on any message board platform. Some boards even come with the ability to do this in the ACP. The SMF head-in-sand mentality about a mod is bothersome. They are all very readable in the ?_messages table of your DB.

I tried this on several message boards I have and it doesn't work even on the sites where I allow full HTML to certain users. It does work on a regular page, but I have scripts disabled on my full HTML boards.

Stuff like this even though it is funny and can be used for fun if this is mis-used it could really hurt you or your forum.

I would say use it as you see fit for jokes and other funny stuff but don't use it to be a prick... In the end your the only one that will lose.
