I've been using the browser off and on.  It's fixed a couple big issues that I've had on Safari 2 when browsing message boards, so it is much more usable to me.  A few noticeable bugs, but it's a beta.

I like how us regular users can send in bug reports.

What's weird with Safari for Windows in my case is that everything shows up right, but the center blocks don't appear at all. And I only just installed it to see how it'd look on my sites. The site with TP on it doesn't render the center blocks in Safari. The thing is, it was just fixed. It had to do with a div in TPortal.template.php that had an inline style with height: 1%; so obviously that was doing it, eventhough that div doesn't render the page content. Hmm...

Additionally, usually pages load, and sometimes they don't. Strange indeed. My version is 3.0.4 for Safari and running Vista. But Safari does look pretty awesome. Its menus and stuff have this effect that's kinda cool. It's worth a try. I like how it styles forms most of all. It gives them a glow effect that's pretty sweet, especially when input onfocus effect it makes a glowing border around it.
