Error when installing TP_983

Its a godaddy server. If that helps you out.  They set up everything for ya.

Hm. I am not sure if it does, but others have reported trouble with Godaddy before, especially when you want to do something more than using the default forum.

It would seem the server makes it hard to update TP the normal way. Have you tried the manual approach?

I've tried a million ways over the past week.  I guess I am left to go with the manual install, though it will prolly be my downfall.  But I'll give manual install a shot!
