Your forum root directory

When you have extracted the package on your local machine, you see the tree structure for how it looks on the server.
Make sure to upload them as they are on the server

Do I need to make a file or what?
I extracted then and im on the first page of the server.

Make a folder you extract the package to on your LOCAL pc, when you have the file extracted, you see how the folders and files are set there, upload them as they are to your forum ROOT ( inside forum folder) directory, that way they will come to the right place as the tree on the file you extracted are the same tree structure as the forum.

Ok, well I did it but nothing seems to have changed

all language files go in the Themes/default/languages folder. Delete any TP language files you see in there, and upload them again from the package that you unzipped onto your desktop.
