hi guys,

ive seen that the simple machine forum website and tp site  use a nice logo type thing for their staff, like it ses TP in the corner and then support next to it, i would like to have similar logos for my staff in my website, can you please tell me where i can make them or how? thanks alot

You mean the badges under the nickname we have ?

If so you just make diffrent images for the diffrent groups and then change from using stars to 1 image instead in your Admin/Membergroups/

We do not give out the ones we are using here. But on that button generator page there is a similar one that you can use.

OK, but let me ask this question.

If I create badges to use, do I have to put a copy of each badge I create into the images folder of every theme that I have installed on my Forum in order to be able to use them or is there a central location where badges can be placed?

If it's the former, I think that could be a real pain when adding themes, especially if I am adding more than a couple of themes at a time.  Adding a new theme is, of course, very easy, but then you have to upload all those badges to the new theme's images folder?     That just seems like a real pain to me.  If that's the way it works, then a suggestion for a future release of TP ...

Its the latter..every theme needs one. And it might need change, but its a SMF issue foremost.

I have a separate folder on my local PC with my badges and the arcade images, so when i install themes, i just go to that folder and upload the images from it into the new themes imagefolder and everything in place with in a sec or 2, so it's not really a hard thing to do.

Your just VERY Lazy

I do the same thing G6, it works fine for me as well and it dosnt take that much energy.
