Left and right blocks disappears when log in

I made specific board to the forum and certain group that can see and access to the board. When I add user to the group, and that user logs in, both left and right blocks disappears. Same thing hapend with both my two theme. When I remove user from the group and he logins, site looks ok, but he cant access to that specific "hidden" forum 

Any hidden features that I'm not aware of ?
