wont help your current situation BUT in the future before installing mods make a backup of your forum. this helps a lot when you are not yet comfortable with opening the files and manually adding/removing codes. then you can install the mod and if it screws things up, use the backups. also, you can use easyphp to run a test forum on your computer or create a second online forum to try mods out before uploading and running them on your live forum. don't be fooled into thinking just because a mod works on a test forum that it won't have problems on your live one but it does cut the chances of crashing your site.

BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP  ;)

Here's the error in the log with the link it gives.

http://aplanding.com/smf/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=6
8: Undefined variable: 1
File: /var/www/html/smf/Themes/default/languages/Gallery.english.php (view_picture sub template - eval?)
Line: 708

It basically gives this same error no matter what you are doing in the gallery or what picture you are looking at.

That is more likly an language string missing some where.
Can you look in your modsettings.english.php and see if the strings for the mod are added to the file ?
If you are unsure what language strings the mod adds, look in the mods XML or .MOD file

Well, I decided to take the easy way out and do the uninstall from the package manager. did all backup of course. It did pull it out ok but left the gallery button in the TP menu and the button sends you to the forum even though it still says gallery. Now I need to figure out how to remove the button. Thanks guys for the help!

G6Cad

Look in your theme folder for the theme that shows the button, open the index.template.php with texteditor.

Almost in the bottom of the file you have the buttons code, look for the ga,,ery button and simply remove or comment the code out with /* buttoncode here */

Found it last night. Cut the code out and the button is gone. I'm a happy camper now that gallery is gone. Now I need to find a new one. Don't care for coppermine so the search continues.
