An error(Im a noob)

  Ok i have the SMF verison 1.0.8 and i'm using TP 9.5 beta, well i go and do the install crap for TP and then package manger gives me this

well your CRAP server dont alowe you as owner to some files, so they dont have to correct permissions
Check the permissions to the files it say it cant open and try the installer again
