I am facing problem with the tinyMCE editor that is now being used for wysiwyg editing and creation of the articles. The buggs / errors are as follows:

1. There are two "Insert / Edit Image" icons, one in the second row and the other in the third, and the on in the third row does not work, gives an internal sever error. The other icon works, but the window that opens is of the wrong dimension (is smaller than the content of the insert screen).

2. Many pop ups that, well pop up, on clicking the icons on the editing screen are of incorrect dimensions and their contents are cut off from the window. The window cannot be resized, nor is there any scroll bar to see the rest of the content. Take for example the smiley pop window. The word insert has been cut to Ins due to window size and only 4 smilies in a column are shown. The rest are cut off. Now I have used tinyMCE before and have not faced any problems.

Any solutions or a patch maybe? I know tinyMCE uses a js file to define these funtions, so maybe a correct js file will do.

Use the search tool and search for "problem with the tinyMCE" and you will get several threads to help you with your questions

I searched before posting and also after you said to do so. But it only returns the posts in this thread.

Go to forum index (the entire forum) and try the search again

Oh, yeah. That worked. I am getting a lot of results now. Will try to look for my problem and it's solution over there. Earlier I was just using the search field on the top right corner.

The SMF search is not so good in some aspects, but if you search from the right place you get more hits though :)
