This went to H..
I'm now deleting the whole site and database.

The thing i should do now, is install SMF1.1RC3, then do the manual install of tp before installing anything else?

Is there problems with the utf8 encoding?

I have now uploaded a clean install of RC1.1, and then i uploaded the manuall install of tp. But i get errors when i try to access the site after the upload.
Is there a .sql script i need to run as well?

(my hosting server is Safe Mode on)

Clean install or just the files ??
If it's just the files, you need to run repair_settings.php in order to get the DB to find the way to the forum files again.
And if you just uploaded the Tp files, you need to add code in to some of the SMF files to get TP to work.
Here are the link to the page with all the code you need to add in to the correct files.
Or you can simply download the zip file from here and extract the zip and upload and overwrite the old ones AFTER you made a backup of the same files on your server.

I have read that the safe mod set to on can cause some errors for some people, but some works great.
So you can try to set it to off and see if you get any closer
