Help with block error, can't see forums.

Hey all.   I have messed it up.   I was working on a block and when I turned it on it gave me an error code and I can't see the rest of the webpage.   I can't see my forums now and I can't get back to fix it cause I can't see any of the pages..   Please help.    How can I turn this block off?

Can you still access your admin panel with this linke on your forum URL?

index.php?action=admin

If you dont have the blocks hidden in the admin section,
you will need to login to phpmyadmin and disable the block that way.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!       I have never messed around with PHPmyadmin..   But I just did and disabled that block...    thanks abunch..
