How to write comments on articles?

I can't find the settings to activate to write comments on articles?... and my article's subject headings dissappeared... any ideas?

Each time you submit an article the page is reloaded. At the bottom of that page you'll see an "edit article option" link or something like that. You'll see many more options including "allow comments".
