Qunu.com is a website where you can find help via live chat for free! You just type in what you want help with and the website will list available experts with that tag. You can act as an expert as well, using any Jabber compatible client (except Google Talk), and you can modify your profiles and stuff via the website or your jabber account using a bot. An MUC room will be created to connect between experts and users, an invitation to the room will be sent to the expert and the user will use the Jabber client on the website(AJAX).

Its a very good site i use it sometimes if i need php help or windows xp help.
