No portal on forums.

Is there anyway to have the portal on the home page only and not the forums?

You certainly can hide the side bars when in the forum,

Admin >> TinyPortal >> Settings >> Use left bar: >> Hide left bar when in forum? >> Check Yes. >> Click the send button at the bottom.

To do that you will have to go to:

Settings >>> Front Page >> Single page

Selecting single page will only display a page there with no forums.

Try playing the settings a bit, or read the TP documnention. You'll find many useful things there to give you ideas on how you can do what you want to do.

Go to ADMIN > Tiny Portal > Settings > hide panels while browsing forums.

That will hide the portal while you are in the forum.
