display specific boards in an article?

does anyone know if theres a way to do this

im making a kind of band database and i wanted to display a set of boards in a catergory without showing the whole board

so as i couldnt find a way to do that i was wondering if i could show them in an article or something

does anyone know how i could do either of those things?
