Live Chat isn't very important to me either because I'm not going to hire anyone to do it. Also, I'll go with Modern Bill soon as I have the cash and the others but I have to have time since my budget isn't 5 stars lol.

its kinda funny that in the past if u went looking for a 'dating software' ud end up paying something like 200 Bucks lol

Now: Absolutely free ones available

same applies to most other apps

Flashchat serves me very well - its cheap and really cool as well

As for the billing programs - I really dont know much about that

Dosent OSCommerce or ZenCart come with billing software built into them?

Or am i mistaken?

They are not really suited to the world of web hosting to be honest. For an e-commerce store they both do a very good job but there are different needs and expectations for your hosting billing software.
