something problem in my forum after installing TP

just got to admin and under the tinyportal section, click articles or blocks.

3 posts in a row, with about an hour between the first and the last, weren't neccessary. patience is always key

i'm @ tinyport admin.

i only see :

settings;
blocks:
articles:
Download manager:

i click the blocks but there no apeearing CREAT new block.

First thing you must do is SEARCH through the admin panel in your Tinyportal installation. Click on everything so you can see how it works.
Here is a couple of screen shots since it seems you can't see them.

no offense j4l4ni, i'm only curious and not at all trying to be rude or a smartass or anything, but do you have vision problems?
they seemed pretty easily visible to me.
