when using the "User" Block for the portal, i found more errors

if i untick these items in the userbox:

smf/index.php?action=tpadmin;blockeditl=1
8: Undefined index: time
File: smf\Themes\default\TPortalBlocks.template.php (eval?)

smf/index.php?action=tpadmin;blockeditl=1
Apply Filter: Only show the errors with the same message
8: Undefined index: unread

how can i get users or Mods to Submit Articles?.. im guessing you need the User Block activated but i dont see any box to tick to allow them to post articles.

Bjørn

Thanks , ontap, I will correct these for the next release. :)

- to allow userGROUPS to submit, go to tpadmin/submissions section and tick the groups. A link will show up in userbox of these usersgroups then. So, yes, you need to have a userbox active at least.

This also will be more elaborate in the next release, making it easier to actually spot the submit link.

ive it ticked for the administartor group, have the user box activated but dont see any link to submit Articles.

i know i could just go into the tp admin section and add one there but it wont work for mods either.

Bjørn

All administrators can go to the tpadmin, they don't have the "submit" because they don't need it. Moderators are special, they are not a single group in TP, you need to add a new one and assign all of them to that.

Sounds like the mod "Visual Warning" is installed?
